Hello Fellow investors, Main Line Sewer Video Inspection a success! Our Thornton Single Family Rental Fix and Hold Project passed the first inspection milestone yesterday with flying colors. We inspected the nearly 75 foot run out to the street using a sewer video line inspection tool. We did not detect any cracks, breaks or root intrusions. In addition, the line is constructed of durable ABS plastic rather then brittle clay pipe, so we should be good for years to come.
