This Saturday Jan 31,  2 pm to 4pm we welcome you to a projection completion walk through at our Northglenn, Co flip project!  Come by between 2 and 4 pm for a tour.

It's been a busy 6 weeks but we are ready to present our Northglenn Flip project! We are down to punch list items at this point, paint touch up, smoke detectors, bath accessories, etc.

Northglenn, CO Flip Project Day #35

This weekend Jan. 17  11am to 1pm we had a good turnout for the Investor Tag Along!  Thanks to all who attended.

Started setting cabinets this weekend, uppers are in and base should be complete tomorrow.  Ordered a nice appliance package from Lowes:  Frigidaire Gas Range, 21 CF Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave oven.  Saturday delivery, $1900, Lowe's likes to deal!

This week

• Granite Tile counterops and tile back splash
• Carpet
• Shower doors
• cleaning and sealing tile
• OPEN HOUSE!   This baby is ready to hit the market!

Northglenn, CO Flip Project Day #32

This weekend Jan. 17  11am to 1pm we'll be having our Investor Tag Along event.  All are welcome to stop by and check out the progress real time.  As all the questions about subcontractors, budgets, challenges, etc.

We are about 85% complete on our Northglenn, Co fix and Flip project. We are now officially behind schedule...probably about 1 week.   Budget is under control and quality is very good, so we'll take one for the team on schedule.

Completed:

• Hardwood Floor refinish (awesome job, they look like new!)
• Interior paint completed
• Interior doors installed
• Tile in Baths/Kitchen floor complete
• Front porch railing installed
• Garage interior paint complete
• Bath Vanaties/toilets installed

Underway:

• Assembling Kitchen cabs
• Interior trim (base and case)
• Painting laundry/utility room floor 

This weekend:

• Investor Tag Along
• Install Kitchen uppers and lowers
• Install kitchen counter substrate and begin granite tile/backsplash

Next week:

• Carpet
• Shower doors
• cleaning and sealing tile
• OPEN HOUSE!   This baby is ready to hit the market!

Northglenn, CO Fix and Flip Day #21

Interested in following a residential flip project in real time?   Welcome to our "Investor Tag Along"!  Your chance to view a flip project in person or via the web.

We are about 75% complete on our Northglenn, Co fix and Flip project.  Initial schedule projected  a 4 week project, we look to be on time.   Holiday breaks are cost us a couple of days,  but overall progress and quality is good and we have encountered no major problems to date.

This weekend is interior painting, so we'll have to back off tile install until the air clears.   Hardwood floor refinishing is scheduled to start Monday, we'll allow 3 days for patching, sanding and 2 coats of polyurethane.  Carpet install to follow.

Status:

•·         All drywall texture complete

•·         6 Panel door installation 100% complete

•·         Upstairs bathroom tile complete

•·         Tile selected and on site

•·         Exterior Trim/eaves paint complete

Underway:

• Interior paint
• Kitchen Tile
• Basement Bath Tile
• Cabinets coming Saturday
• Ordering cabinets and appliances
• Drywall texture in basement bedrooms/living area

This week:

• Refinish Oak hardwood floors
• Complete Tile
• Install Cabinets
• Order Appliances
• Install Basement Bath/Shower Tile
• Install Carpet (basement)

We are about 50% complete on our Northglenn, Co fix and Flip project.  Initial schedule projected  a 4 week project, we look to be on time.   Holiday breaks are costing the schedule a bit, but overall progress and quality is good and we have encountered no major problems to date.

Status:

• Drywall Texture 50% complete (upstairs)
• 6 Panel door installation 50% complete (basement)
• Tile selected and on site

Underway:

• Upstairs bath tile install for tub surround/floors
• Upstairs 6 panel door and closet installs
• Ordering cabinets and appliances
• Drywall texture in basement bedrooms/living area

This week:

• Complete Texture
• Complete Interior door & closet installs
• Order Cabinets & Appliances
• Install Basement Bath/Shower Tile
• Order Carpet (Basement)
• Schedule Interior Paint
